Total Quantity & Basis of Delivery:
* 100,000 Metric Ton (MT) in 1 year
* Total contract quantity will be 100,000 MT
* Shipment volume : 12,500 MT/shipment
(Cambodia government request us to delivered 5 kg for the sample and also 5000 MT for the first (1st) Shipment only, with their logo)

Terms of payment :
Payment for the Agreement Quantity of Total Contract Quantity shall be for each shipment, Document Letter of Credit, Irrevocable, Transferable, fully funded, revolving, confirmed and divisible 100% at sight against presentation of loading document

Rate per Metric Ton : USD139,00/MT + USD5,00/MT commission for total 5contract quantity 100,000 MT.

Port of destination:
Sihanoukville port, Cambodia. The average discharge rate shall be 1,500 MT per weather working day of twenty-four (24) hours
